1. General Shipping Information

All orders for Lunar Winterlight Store are processed and shipped from our fulfilment location in the United Kingdom. We ship both within the UK and internationally.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification via email, including a tracking number (where applicable), when your order has been dispatched.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you immediately via email at lunarwinterlightstore@tuta.com

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. As required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we guarantee to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date the order was placed, unless an alternative date was explicitly agreed upon.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Lunar Winterlight Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and import duties).

6. Damages and Loss

Lunar Winterlight Store (LUNAR CASH LTD) is responsible for loss or damage to the items until the point of physical delivery to you.

  • Damages: If you received your order damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at lunarwinterlightstore@tuta.com with photographic evidence. Please retain all packaging materials.

  • Loss: If your order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the agreed timescale (or the 30-day statutory limit), you have the right to cancel the order and request a full refund.
